Our founding partners and management team collectively possess over 50 years of expertise in custom single-family homes, multifamily properties, LIHTC properties, asset management, and project management.
Since 2020, Eleven-12 has successfully acquired more than 20 development properties and onboarded five additional development and construction professionals. We have established strong financial relationships with various lending partners, including Bank of America, Truist, Silverton Mortgage, Supreme Mortgage, Cross Country Mortgage, Movement Mortgage, and Approved Veterans Association Builder.

My name is Felecia Kelley
I have 22 years of experience in real estate development and have held a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License since 2019. As the owner of Eleven-12 Development, I oversee strategic initiatives and financial management. Previously, I was the Corporate Controller for a multi-million dollar residential construction, where I focused on financial operations and internal controls. My expertise includes real estate development and funding programs, and I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Cobb County Realtors Association.
